This has been a fun week for us. Matt started his paramedic program and is so far enjoying it (but it is challenging). The boys and I have been at cub scout day camp all week. It's been quite an experience for me watching my boys do some of the things that scouts do (Matt usually does the scout thing). When we started scouts I told Matt to "just bring them back alive." Don't get me wrong, we didn't do anything life threatening this week. Some of the things were archery, flag football, and bebe gun shooting. It was a learning experience for all of us. The most important part is that the kids had fun and I think they did. We have one more day of it...so wish me luck. Hopefully I can remember my camera tomorrow and post some pictures.
Next week....sending my "bigger baby" away to church camp for a whole 6 days. He's never been away that long. I'm having more trouble than he is. I just hope he doesn't get homesick. Keep him in your prayers.
